Templates for importing the test case as bulk using xray plugin in jira cloud

Hi Team,
We have installed xray plugin in jira cloud.There are different ways to import a test case in bulk as shown in the attachment. Please help me in finding the right template for each import format. I want to try out import scenario for test case as bulk.
