I am looking at expanding the use of JIRA Tempo App within my organization to the Engineering Services division. However, one major roadblock is the limited amount of data shown about issues in the My Work - Calendar - Issues column. I need my team to be able to see more information about the issues shown there to easily and quickly select the correct one.
Is there any way to edit the information shown on the issue cards in the column or to have more information shown simply by clicking on an issue (without opening a new browser tab every time)?
As you can see below, even though these issues are children of different Epics, there is nothing to differentiate them as such. And so no way for my team to ensure they are selecting the right issue. As of right now, the product is unusable for my division, which is unfortunate.
