We're seeing a Communications Breakdown error when trying to Edit Customers from the Account Administration page. It seems to only be occuring for Customer names with an & in them. Is this a known issue?

Specifically, the error reads:
"Communications Breakdown
The JIRA server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.
Close this dialog and press refresh in your browser."
Error occurs in IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Seems to only throw the error when attempting to edit Customers with & in the names.
