Tempo Reports - Teams data

I need a report of all the teams, their members and current role on the team.  The only way I can pull this up is creating a Tempo report with this information YTD, but it requires me to either do an overview or I pull in the hours and view them by Quarter.  This report takes a real long time to view and many times the CSV export button doesn't appear or the system just times out.  I was told to run this by team but that takes even longer and sometimes that times out.  Does anyone have a better idea?  I run the cost tracker export but that doesn't have the team role, it only on the cost tracker role. I also ran the raw data but that doesn't export the team role.
