Tempo Required Hours not matching up with the month

How do I get the required hours to match up with the max hours possible for a given month. Our required shows 200 per month no matter what. We only have Monday - Friday selected with 8 hours each day. It's calculating for 24 days this month 11-20 when there are only 21 workable days possible.

Scratch that, the dates kept resetting on my reports.
