Tempo Worklog Distribution gadget "No data to display" except when data is grouped by user

When the Tempo Workload Distribution dashboard gadget is configured to Group by User, then the gadget displays "Grouped By: User - Total Hours: 567.9" above a list of users and a colorful graph. That looks right. However, whenever it is configured to Group by Issue, Issue Type, Project, Account, Customer, Epic, Sprint then it does not display the graph. Instead it says "No data to display". The "Grouped By: [grouping] - Total Hours: 567.9" part is accurate. There's just no graph.

I need the Workload Distribution groupings that are not working.

Have you reached out to the vendor on that one? Since it is a gadget provided by a vendor, that's what I would do.

I did reach out to the vendor and they promptly replied that they are working on a resolution. Thank you Trudy.
