Tempo account field is required while creating issue but no account field is there

Seema Abrol December 12, 2018

unnamed (1).pngHi Team,

While creating an issue for our clients this is the error message, Account required while there is no account field there, the account should be automatically populated as per the project or should ask them to select only the account that is linked to their project

Thanks

Hello,

Have a look at the Tempo Configuration settings. You can mark the fields as non required there.

@Seema Abrol Go to project settings -> screens and add the account field to the create issue screen.

Also you can use the where is my field feature (click on the Configure Fields on your screenshot and you will find the where is my field there)

Its already added to the screen, i checked that, I am able to use it but the client is not

Is there a user-specific setting?

I am not aware of any user permission, which would make the Account field not available. Maybe you have javascript or a plugin, which hides the field.

Hi @Seema Abrol,

In the above screenshot, the Show Fields tab is set to Custom, needs to be set to All. You can see this in the screenshot.

Please select the All fields option.

Hi @Seema Abrol

Edit  field configuration scheme assigned to project, make it optional then it will not be mandatory
