Test Distribution Chart gadget only displaying myself

I've imported 65 tests into Zephyr and assigned 29 of them to another user. When I look at the Test Distribution Chart gadget on my dashboard it shows all tests belonging to me. 29 should be shown under another user. How can I correct this? From where does this gadget determine "User"?
