Test mail is success but no user receiving mails from Confluence server

Hello Guys,

I'm trying to connect mail(AWS SES) to the confluence server 7.3. After configuration, test mail is a success but users not able o receive any mail(Comment, update, share, etc).

Please let me know, how to sort out from this.
