Test runs disappeared

Hello, this afternoon all the test executions present in the cycles created from February 17th have disappeared on all projects.

Cycles are now empty.

The missing tests also included tests that I ran this morning.

Next I created new cycles and added the executions and these are visible.

Finally, I add that it is possible for me to add and remove test runs from empty cycles.

Is there anyone who can help me to view again the tests that were present in the cycle or report me if there was today a jira malfunction that could have caused a problem?

Test Cycles aren't a standard function for Jira - is this a vendor add-on which you are referring to?

I would suggest contacting that vendor directly for a specific issue like this - their support team will be best placed to advise :)
