Testrail App - Test result details not displayed in full screen

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi, as I've integrated Jira and TestRail using the test management plugin from:
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213701/testrail-test-management-integration-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
As I click on the details of a test that has been ran, all info related to that case such as:
- Project
- Milestone
- Test Run
- Steps
- Expected result
- Related result
Are displayed only on a tiny portion of the screen instead of being displayed properly.
