Text Box preformats

Hi all,

When you are in the text editor, is it possible to add custom options to the dropdown that has Table, Code etc in it?

If so any idea what it is called, I'm struggling to search for guides on it (we already know what it needs to be and we kinda bypass it by having some custom CSS in a hidden field and then ask people to manually use the relevant tags, but its a bit of a faff - would be a lot easier if it were just in the dropdown.
