Text need to be added in Description Field from the attached Documents

We have requirement which we need to configure in JIRA software. 

Jira created in a project from the mail received. Our users are attaching the documents which are getting attached in the JIRA created.

The requirement is Text from the attached document (PDF) needs to be added to description field in JIRA at the time of creation.

So basically, when a user sent a mail with attachment, Data from attachment needs to be copied to description field at the time of creation.

Can anyone suggest, is there any possibility to achieve the above requirement in JIRA.
