Hey Tea!
I have created a role = client and all my clients are supposed to be there, however, I don't want A clients see B clients, and this is happening, projects were migrated from Trello to Jira so it's important to me to remove those permissions or get them narrow and avoid this privacy risk, I do appreciate a lot your reply.
Regards,
Felipe
Thanks, we will give a try at night and let you know if it works
It's really easy to do this in Jira. I'd start by adding a group for each client and adding the users from each client to the corresponding group. Under the Application section in the admin interface, add each group to the appropriate Jira application. If the client users are ONLY in this one group (the newly created client group,) they will now be able to log in, but not see any Jira Projects. You can then add the client group to the appropriate Project Role for the Project that the client is supposed to see, and they won't see any others.
