The 'All' tab and the 'Transition' tab show different dates for the same status change

when reviewing tickets we have found that the dates in the All tab dont match what the Transition tab shows. 

For example: Today is May 21st.  When I look at the All tab it says the ticket changed from Dev Start to Peer Review 4 days ago so roughly May 17th.  But when I look at the Transition tab it says the ticket changed from Dev Start to Peer Review on May 02.  Is there a setting that could be out of sync to cause this?
