This morning, 01/23/24, we noticed the marketplace is not reachable via our Jira production server GUI, but the marketplace is reachable from the host server via the following command referenced at Problems Connecting to the Atlassian Marketplace | Atlassian Support | Atlassian Documentation.

We wanted to get in one last server upgrade from 9.4.7 to 9.4.15 prior to migrating to Data Center in order to resolve a flagged vulnerability issue on 9.4.7.
We no longer have access for updating existing addons via the application or access to the "plan your upgrade" guidance for our production server.
Isn't Feb 15, 2024 the announced cutoff for on-prem server? Is it intentional to block access to the marketplace for server upgrades prior to 02/15?

This is no longer an issue...marketplace is allowing for us to view the available updates for addons and able to view the upgrade guidance again.
