The Condition "Value Field" doesn't appear in my version of JIRA.

Hi,

I would like to allow a transition only if a custom field is set on a specific String value (one choice list).
On JIRA Trial version, I was doing it with the condition "Value field" (compare a custom field value to an other).
On my JIRA real database this condition is not in the list.

How can I do ?

There are conditions in plain JIRA for system fields, but the option to check custom fields is provided by add-ons. I know JIRA suite utilities has it.
