We have a number of GitHub orgs with repos enabled in JIRA. We never had an issue with them syncing and enabling the development panel in JIRA which detailed the various commit and PR info.
However, recently we've had a number of reports from our Devs where repos are not syncing automatically (every 60 minutes or so) and we've had to do a manual sync from the DVCS connector page - which would then push the Github info to JIRA.
So why isn't this sync happening automatically any longer?
We're using GitHub enterprise and JIRA 7.5.3
I am facing the same issue. We are on GitHub Enterprise 2.19.4 and Jira 7.13.11. Any idea if there has been a fix for this issue?
Same issue with JIRA Data Center 7.6.7.
I notice that every time someone creates a new repository under an organisation in GitHub, that repository is then added to the list of things JIRA has to poll, even if the team are not making use of the Smart Commit feature.
Is there any way for JIRA only to look at a subset of repositories within an organisation?

Hi - thanks, yes will look to raise this with a bug directly with Atlassian. We may have an issue with it timing out due to the number of repos synced. We've removed a few and will see if that helps.
