The Estimated Time and Remainder Time disappeared from our tasks

Hi,

We are using the application called Timesheet Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud and last week we were able to enter estimated times and logged time for each task. As of yesterday, the estimated time feature disappeared on all of the tasks in multiple projects. I show one project it is still working, but the others are not. I emailed the Timesheet Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud Support Team already and they said this is a JIRA issue and to contact directly. Please help...I can send screenshots if needed.

Hello Jenny,

If you are using Jira Software, make sure that in your board settings (under Estimation tab) Remaining Estimate and Time Tracking option is selected under Time Tracking section.

If you do not see time fields under issue main/edit view, make sure that Time tracking field is added to your appropriate screens

Wow, I would have never known to do that. I was able to change my settings under Time Tracking and add all screens so we can track for all tasks & projects.
