1.       The “Issue cards” are not configurable like in target process. Cannot configure the card to have some fields and hide few.Is there another way to configure the issue card in JIRA 7.0.10 then please let me know?

You need to explain what system you are looking at when you say "target process".  It sounds like you're trying to make JIRA look like another system, which is not really a useful thing to do.

The cards in Core JIRA boards are very simple and not highly configurable, as they're not intended to be.  The cards in JIRA Software Scrum and Kanban boards are a lot more configurable.

But, we don't know if you're looking at Software boards, or what you actually want from the configuration.
