The Jira subscription is not working. I am not able to receive emails.

Earlier it was working but suddenly the emails stop coming. NO modifications done.

Hi Amit, please provide more info. What do you mean by subscription? Are you saying you are not receiving email notifications when issues are updated? If so can you check project settings > notifications? Can you share details of your troubleshooting thus far?

I have created a filter in Jira in a project called PMO and subscribed for daily email alerts as reports. It was working fine till 25 January 2021. Post that I was not able to receive the email on my official email id.

NO issues with the EMAIL ID and Quota.
