The PKEY is null in JIRA db Oracle in table jiraissue

I have disappeared the relations between the numerical codes of the projects and the "pkey". The state looking in the database and in the jiraissue table the column of the pkey appears empty would it be necessary to make an update to the BBDD so that this column was filled? I'm already without problems. It would have some negative repercussion to make the update in the database to the PKEY column of the jiraissue. How can I update this columns in oracle? Thank you al

The column is empty because that's how JIRA works.

You should not be changing anything in the database with SQL, so the answer to "how can I update this columns in oracle" is "do not".
