The ability to download plugins has disappeared

Good afternoon, the ability to download plugins has disappeared, there is no download link. Help please.

Could you tell us from where the link has disappeared? There isn't a download link in Jira server and the marketplace only offers the link for certain types of app. So I'm not sure where you are looking.

The download link is hidden until you hover over it on download pages, or expand the version you are looking at, but I seem to remember it's always done that.
