Hi Expert,
When I try to inactive user to active from user management panel then appear this message "The call to the JIRA server did not complete within the timeout period. We are unsure of the result of this operation".

Could you please tell me the solution?

It's not easy to tell what's really happening when this error is displayed. Best to check the logs (catalina/application) and see what's really happening. Share it here if you may
