I am getting the same message in JIRA right now. I believe it is due to the fact that we changed administrators from one to another person in Zendesk. Not sure if this is part of your question, but my concern is that if I disconnect and reconnect, I will lose all of the very many Zendesk tickets that are already linked.
Does anyone know if we do disconnect and reconnect, are previous links removed?

Hi Jerri I wish I could tell you definitively... We are no longer getting the error, and our links are still connected. It may have been that someone from my team corrected this without an issue, but I am just not 100% sure what ended up happening.
