I am unable to edit a dashboard well, being an administrator in JIRA Workspace still I am not able to edit the same.

Hello Parul,

If you are not the owner of the dashboard ask the owner to add your user name as an 'Editors' on the dashboard.  You need be one of the Editors to edit the dashboards owned by others.
