The custom fields are in their create screen, How they can add them to their issue collector?
I believe you have to find the ID of that custom field and edit the code to include them yourself:

From my experience, adding custom fields from the create screen to the issue collector requires specific configuration.
Unfortunately, not all custom fields are supported in the default issue collector form.
You might need to use Jira REST APIs to capture additional data or build a custom form.
