The data team is having trouble creating Tasks and sub-tasks.  We get this Phase: Phase is required notice and cannot create the tasks.  We have tried this from the “+” sign and the pull down menu in the story.  Please note that the data team will have to add tasks to stories that are in different projects throughout the Veritas program.

This means you have a field called "phase" which you have configured to be mandatory in this project.

You will need to put it on the "create" screen and get your people to fill it in, or make it optional.
