The developer area doesn't seem to be working for some of our users

I'm not sure if this is a Jira or Bamboo issue.  Starting today, we have had Bamboo non-admin users not being able to see build information when clicking on a build link in the developer area of a Jira issue.  I made sure they were logged in and that Jira was "Authorized", but each time they click on the build link, it wants them to install something.  Originally it was giving them a "warning" that Jira needed to be authorize, but after authorizing the user, the warning went away, but the installation screen was still there.

Any thoughts on this?
