The epic color change option does not appear on the roadmap

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I can't change the color of epics that are displayed with bars on the Roadmap.
When I go into the epic configuration options I can only add the name and I cannot associate a color to each epic in the roadmap. The color of the bar displayed for the epic is only changed to the preset colors according to: in progress, finished or to do.
Looking at Jira tutorials, I see that this option should appear but it doesn't appear for me.
Do you know the solution or if I'm looking at the wrong configuration? I'm user that free account. This problem also happens to me with the trial version of the premium plan.
