The guideline is not visible in my burndown charts

When I view the burndown chart for a sprint, the gray guideline (optimal burndown) is missing in the chart.

I don't use the classic view since it's not being developed anymore.

Agile->My Scrum Board->Reports->Burndown Chart.

I've attached a screenshot.

The problem was related to my browser (chrome) and machine, it works fine with chrome on another computer and/or other browsers like IE and firefox.
