If you have issues in a workflow status, and that status is pulled off the board in Board Configuration Columns, then those issues won't show up as they are in a status that has been defined to be outside of the view.  Not sure if that is what you are saying, but maybe?  I'd suggest pulling those status values back into the board columns via board config!

Check for the actual Status which was part of the specific columns that you removed.

You need to make those Statuses as part of other columns in your board and then the information will appear.

My assumptions: You are talking about Kanban/Scrum board

Hello @Lucas Muryllo

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

For future reference, product questions should be posted in the Questions forum for that product. This forum is focused on training and certification.

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Can you provide a screen image of what you mean by "excluded two columns"? Did you change the filter for your board? In the Columns configuration of the board, did you delete columns? Or did you move the Status values to the Unmapped Statuses area?
