At the beginning of each month, all task statuses are reverting to "In Progress". We haven't set up any automation, so do you have any idea what might be causing this?
How did you confirm that no Automations are set up? Did you ask a Jira Administrator to confirm that?
What do you see in the Issue History for the event when that occurs? The issue history should identify who made the change. If it says "Automation for Jira" then the change is definitely being made by an Automation Rule. If it identifies a user making the change, have you checked with that user?
