The jira road map gadget is showing no issue. How does it get this number.

On my dashboard, i am using the jira road map gadget .  For each release it is showing "no issues." If i go to the release page the number of issues show properly.  

I checked the status and all the statuses are correct.  I am using the cloud version, so indexing is not the issue.

Hi Darlene,

The reason why your release is not showing on the Jira road map gadget is:

• On the version setting, the release date must be within the range of days in the gadget setting

If your release date is not within the range, it will not show up in the road map gadget.
