The log file in my jira home does not contain the problem coming from a plugin installed

Heello team

So i have installed a plugin , which there are some error , i need to go to the log file to understand why the problem occur , but i didn't find any thing in my log file .

It seem that i have to add the package to the logging and profilin g , but i do not know how can i find the package name of my plugin .

Hi @Karim Belhadj , 

Just look for the Plugin name or vendor name in the Logging and Profiling  and if you are still not able to identify then I would suggest to check with the Plugin vendor and ask for the Package name that needs to be added in  Logging and Profiling
