The change password option will go away if your system is set up to use an external user directory (such as AD).
When you're using an external directory, passwords are handled by that software, not Jira, so you'll need to change/reset the password in the external directory instead.
Hi @harainye Get in touch with your JIRA Admin for Password Reset.
Might be your JIRA is synced with AD or SSO enabled.
