Hi team,

The scripted validator set while closing any ABC ticket of type Service Request with CD engagement seems not to be working .

so any suggestions.

I have tried it with out using validator. its working but while using validator not working . it is asking for please link a CD ticket.

Hi @uday can you share more details? What is your validator's source code? Can you see any error in your log files?
