The sub-task creation feature is not available on scrum boards . How to enable it so that the subtask can be created from a ticket.

What do you mean by not available from scrum boards, @Shefali Tayade

It is true that sub-tasks can only be created from within their parent issue. Just click add and then select Create subtask:

Hi Shefali,

You can check to followings:

Check Issue Type Configuration:Go to Jira Settings > Issues > Issue Types and make sure "Sub-task" is listed under your project's issue types. If it’s not, you can add it.

As @Walter Buggenhout  mention when creating or editing an issue (like a Story), look for the option to create a sub-task. You can usually find it in the issue detail view under the "More" button (three dots) or directly in the issue itself, depending on your configuration.
