The tasks from the 'to deliver' column are not being displayed as 'done'.

In our company, tasks in the 'done' and 'to deliver' columns indicate that the tasks are ready. However, in the burn-down chart, only tasks from the 'done' column are displayed. Therefore, the reports are not up-to-date. In the settings, the 'to deliver' column has a status of 'done' and is highlighted in green. What could be the issue?

I had a look at the documentation for the Burndown Chart and it doesn't say explicitly but I wonder if you also need to have the resolution set in order for the chart to consider the issue 'Done'.

Please can you check in the workflow if there is a post function setting the Resolution to Done for the Done / To Deliver statuses?
