There is a way or an add on that helps me to import comment from issues using a csv file?

I need to import issues from CSV files and find a way to import the comments and don't make it manually since there are a lot of them in the issues.
There is a way to do it or any add-on I can try to make it possible?

The trial version has some limitations and you must not use the trial version in production as you may have some duplicate data.
