There is no table named "globalpermissionentry". I am using Jira 5.2.4. Which Jira version does this apply to?

The "globalpermissionentry" table was added in JIRA 6.2.1.  I can't think of a good reason for you to see any reference to it when running JIRA 5.2.4.

GlobalPermissionEntry seems to have been introduced in JIRA 6.2.1.  I can't think of any reason why you would see anything related to it in JIRA 5.2.4.
