I am trying to run a migration in the migration dashboard on the jira server and getting error message "There was a problem retrieving your plans. Please retry after a while."
Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

Also, if you are working on a migration from self-hosted to Cloud you should open a MOVE ticket with Atlassian Support to engage with them to get assistance with problems that you encounter.
