This is error messages in my I-phone (6s) when I try to log in Jira.

I am trying to use Jira using i-phone 6s. But I can not log in it with my phone. After I put 6 digits verification, error messages as below follow. Please check and let me know how  to use Jira with I-phone 6s.

"we couldn't find a site. Look like you don't have access to Jira."

Could you provide a bit more information here?

There are a couple of Atlassian jira apps, and plenty of non-Atlassian jira apps on the App Store for iOS, so you'd need to let us know more specifically which one you may be using, as well as what version of jira (cloud, or a server version) to see if it's actually compatible.

I am trying to use Atlassian's Jira Cloud (version 68.0.0) which had been found from "App Store" and installed to my i-phone 6s.

Which version of jira do you use, where is it hosted? If you're not using jira cloud, this app won't work.

You are right. Now it seems that I understand why I can not log in.

Currently I do not have any jira cloud service. Could you let me know which jira cloud service can be applied and hosted popularly? Just well organized hosting company which is working with atlassian. Thank you.
