Hi,
In process of completing migration to JIRA Cloud
Completed a reset of our JIRA Software instance yesterday in advance of final migration to remove test data \ cleardown account (using guide at https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/reset-and-delete-all-data-from-your-cloud-site-691012037.html#:~:text=On%20your%20cloud%20site%20Administration,options%2C%20and%20then%20select%20Delete.) When accessing account now after cleardown we see error "Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable. Please check Atlassian Status for known problems. If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team."
I checked Cloud status and it is fine so the problem appears to be with our JIRA.
Can anyone advise what has gone wrong \what should be done to reinstate?
