We would like to Query the tickets which are Over due and the tickets which are about to due in 3 days.

Can anyone please help with the Queries.

• due < now() and resolution is EMPTY
• due > now() and due < 3d and resolution is EMPTY

Overdue tickets

due <= now()

due >= "0"

 About to be due in 3 days.

due <= startOfDay("+3d")
