Hi,
I've created some services to create tickets from incoming emails. It works perfectly.
But is that possible in the handler parameters of a service to say: "if the sender is xxx@customer.com then the project is P1, else, the project is P2"
something like this:
handler.params: sender=xxx@customer.com, project=P1, ccassignee=false, issuetype=13, catchemail=customer@mycompany.com, notifyusers=false, createusers=true
Thanks :)
Vincent
Yes JEMH does indeed have that capability, routing to project by domain, specific email or even group membership.
I haven't tried it but you should be able to do it using JEMH by writing different handlers? One for each sender.
