Hi All,
I have administration access and i have created a new scrum board project, Also start making the tickets in backlog.
But my one ticket id gone missing for e.g. i have created 50 tickets but now i am not seeing Ticket Id-1 anywhere
Also i have checked my permission scheme, i have not given close or delete issue permission to anyone.
Would you please tell me the reason?
"I have administration access" - that gives you the right to administrate, not do or see everything.
First, check that the issue is visible to you. The easiest way is to go directly to https://<yourdomain.atlassian.net/browse/ID-1 (assuming the issue key is ID-1)
If you can see the issue, we'll need to start looking at why it's not appearing where you think it should.
If there is no issue there, then either it has been deleted or you do not have permission to see it (it may have been moved to a different project which you can't see, or issue security applied)
Start with that test and let us know.
If you can found the issue via JQL, you must update the JQL on your Kanban configuration

Hi @Arpit Tambi , not knowing what you have already tried here is what I suggest.
go to Advanced issue search by clicking in the search bar and selecting it. Enter the following JQL - project = xxx, where xxx is you project key. Sort by the project key oldest by clicking on the heading. Verify if the issue exists. You can also simply enter the issue ID that you see missing in the top menu search bar, e.g. xxx-1. If it exists it will show in the results. If the issue truly isn't found then my guess is someone has deleted it.
