Hi @Alma Vidales The issue link you provided looks private and need login to check the same, if the data associated with the data is not sensitive can you provide the screenshot so that I can check and also check your kanban board query results in JQL if it showing this issue in the results or not, if it not then probably you need to check your board filter query and update it accordingly to have the issue included in it.
