Ticket not created, But mail got deleted

When I create a ticket through mail to Jira service Desk.

Ticket is not created

but mail got deleted within one minute

Suggest me to come out of this issue

Hi @Madhu Reddy

Can you confirm you do not have a second Jira instance reading from the same mail server? Like a test/pre-prod instance?
