Tickets are not getting created after users are sending emails to ithelpdesk@feuji.com.
I reauthorized the incoming mail server, but issue not resolved.

Hi @Krishna_C , if you go to project settings and email requests what does the view logs show? Are the emails being received and erroring or are the emails never received?
It seems then that the project you are attempting to access no longer exists. Are you sure you have the correct project? Can you describe what you were doing specifically when you got that error? if you click on the projects in the menu, do you see the project you seek?
